The audit form
When you run a visibility audit we collect the business name, city, website address and email you enter. We use them to run the checks and to send you the report. The business name and city are also sent to Google's Places and PageSpeed services in order to look up publicly available information about the listing and to measure the site's loading speed.
Audit results are cached on our server for 24 hours so that repeat lookups do not re-run the same checks. Your email is kept so that we can follow up about the report. If you would rather we deleted it, email us and we will.
The contact form
Name, email, business and message. These are emailed to us and are not stored anywhere else. We keep the email so we can reply and refer back to the conversation.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. There is no analytics script running on this page.
Third parties
Running an audit involves Google (Places and PageSpeed Insights) and Anthropic (which writes the report from the measured data). Each receives only what is needed for that step. Our hosting provider necessarily processes traffic to this site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@aibytechnologies.com and we will action it.
