The audit
The visibility audit is provided free and without warranty. It reports on publicly available information about your Google listing and measurements of your website taken at that moment. Those measurements can change, and the report is a snapshot rather than a guarantee of anything.
The audit deliberately does not state a local search ranking position, because results vary by the searcher's location and any figure would be misleading.
No guarantee of results
Nobody can guarantee a search ranking, and we do not. What we commit to is doing the work described, to the standard described, and telling you honestly what we did.
Fair use
The audit is rate-limited. Please do not attempt to run it in bulk, script it, or use it to build a database of businesses. It costs us money per run and exists to help business owners understand their own listing.

The writing and design here are ours. You are welcome to quote from the journal with attribution and a link. Please do not republish it wholesale.
Client work
Anything we build for you as a paying client is covered by the scope and terms we agree in writing before the work starts, not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.
